What we collect

When you use our waitlist, maintenance or property owner forms, or the resident portal, we collect what you type in: names, contact details, housing needs, income source and similar details, plus any documents residents or staff upload.

How we use it

• To review housing applications, contact you, and manage housing and maintenance.
• To send messages you asked for, such as updates about your application or home.

We do not sell your information or share it for marketing. We share it only with people who need it to help you (for example, a referring case manager you named), or when the law requires it.

Text messages

If you check the text message box, we may send non-marketing texts about your application or housing. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. Your phone number and consent are never shared with third parties for their marketing.

How we protect it

Information is stored securely. Only approved staff with their own login can see applicant and resident records, and residents can see only their own file. Uploaded documents are kept private.

Your choices

You can ask to see, correct or delete your information by emailing info@valordaniabeach.com. Some records may need to be kept for legal or housing reasons.
